Japanese Coulior on Mount Barille. The route let loose a wet slide avalanche as we got started up the route, and at 9:15 we turned around due to snow balling up on our crampons. We got about halfway up the couloir, and due to the weather that socked in the next day, this was to be our last route attempt of the trip.
